december book

Check out this sweet little book Carissa Gallo (the photographer I featured here last month) made for her husband.  They're going to be traveling throughout December, and agreed not to spend any money on each other (but rather to support a little girl in Uganda), so Carissa whipped this up. 

It's made of pages from catalogs and magazines, fabric scraps, and yarn.  Each page has a little pouch with the day number, and inside each pouch is a little something--a note, a suggestion for an outing, etc.  So, so sweet.
