I'm a big fan of the Diana series (above), by Lomo, which is characterized by "its soft & dreamy images, super-saturated colors, unpredictable blurring, and random contrast." Like this:
To mix it up, they've also got a nice selection of fish-eye cameras. Probably not what I'd spend my pennies on, but still kischy and fun! The above is the Fisheye 2 White Knight Edition, and takes shots like this one:
