the pink palace

I mentioned earlier that only one of three rolls of film I took while in Memphis came out, and I was having trouble bringing myself to look and see which one.  Well, I finally did it, and was relieved to see that while I lost a lot of photos of family, I at least ended up with some shots I loved from our visit to The Pink Palace.  Unfortunately it was raining pretty badly while we were there, so I didn't get any exterior shots, and the mansion itself was closed for a function, you can at least get an idea of the breadth of the collections there.  Shots of the Piggly Wiggly and Clyde Parke Miniature Circus are on the roll in my camera, which is expired, but hopefully those will come out, too!
