When I was growing up, the Snow Village was a Christmas institution. I don't know if I remember it being so because my mom was that crazy about it, or because my dad was that clueless when it came to gifts, but we were always on the lookout for new pieces. I can clearly recall every December when it came time to break out the village, and how much fun it was to put together.
Our little village consists of two homes, a school, a church, a Coca Cola bottling plant (randomly), and a gathering place appropriately called the "Williams Pub." It's also still a lot of fun to create.
