How was your 4th of July? I made hushpuppies, laid in a hammock, then ate almonds on the dock. Unfortunately, Mother Nature followed up our man-made fireworks with some of her own, sending down a storm which effectively knocked out both phone and internet at my house. I can still check e-mail at work, it'll just take a little while longer. And you know what? I am so not concerned. That's the great thing about living at the beach, no little crisis can get me down when I've got the whole of the ocean to distract me.
